Keeping Audiences Informed with Clarity and Style
I design engaging, easy-to-read newsletters for both internal and external audiences, using MailChimp and Constant Contact.
Whether it’s a weekly update, a quarterly community bulletin, or a printed version for in-hand distribution, I ensure your content is clean, branded, and accessible even for mobile readers in the field.
North Augusta Chamber of Commerce (Constant Contact)
- The Chamber Update is a weekly newsletter distributed to all members (on Mondays) and shared via social media channels. It contains upcoming Chamber events, news, and announcements. I create the graphics, copy, write informative articles, and run reports for the new and renewing members lists out of the ChamberMaster platform.
- The Member to Member newsletter is distributed to all Chamber members and shared via social media channels every other Friday. Members submit their news/events and accompanying graphics/images and I then edit and assemble the newsletter.
- Special Edition newsletters are sent throughout the year ahead of specific promotions including Small Business Saturday. Members submit their sales and/or spotlight article with accompanying graphics/images and I then edit and assemble the newsletter.
Rotary Club of Aiken (MailChimp and Adobe InDesign)

The Rotary Club has both a weekly printed and e-newsletter. The printed version is provided to members at their Monday meetings and the e-newsletter is distributed on Sunday evenings.
Members provide photos and text, I create any needed accompanying graphics and compile both versions. A proof is sent out on Wednesdays and the printed version (PDF) is sent to the printer on Thursdays.
Savannah River Site Museum (MailChimp)
- The SRS Museum sends a quarterly newsletter to their members and sponsors. They provide the text and accompanying images, I compile the newsletter, send proofs/incorporate images until approval is given, then schedule the newsletter for distribution
